This is a 58 year old female who desired a less tired appearance. This was accomplished with a minimally invasive temporal brow lift, an upper blepharoplasty, and an extended lower blepharoplasty that redistributed the bulging lower eyelid fat into the tear trough depression below. She was very pleased with the result!
