This is a 20-year-old female who had breast augmentation two years earlier with 300 cc high profile silicone gel breast implants. She developed synmastia and had a procedure to correct it with sutures only which did not work. This was definitively corrected using acellular dermal matrix (Strattice). Excellent correction is seen in her one-year postop photos.
